The India Global Health and Development Internship for Summer 2019 has extended the deadline for applications until December 12. Students from all academic disciplines are welcome to apply to participate in an eight-week internship in Mysore, India, with placement in one of a dozen or more non-profit organizations under an award winning NGO. Students internship topics have covered topics from public health, small business economics, education, outreach, maternal / child health, palliative care, homelessness, ayurvedic medicine, and civic engagement. Learn about the cultural heritage of India while working with top development organizations and earn Allegheny credit for the experience. Come find out more at one of two informational sessions, Thursday, November 29, at 4:30 p.m. in Carr 120, or Monday, December 3, at 12:30 p.m. in Carr 238.
