Dr. Michael Fisher will publicly present his ongoing research in a presentation titled: “You Can’t Stay Here!: Urban Redevelopment, Race, Class, and the Politics of Place in Washington, D.C.” at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, February 7, in the Gillespie Study in Brooks Hall. Dr. Fisher is a candidate for the tenure-track position in Religious Studies in race, religion, and the African Diaspora. He will also lead a teaching demonstration on Friday, February 8, at 12:20 p.m. in the Gillespie Study.
