Work Out Your Stress: Cardio and Yoga: 3/13

Join Danielle, a counselor at the Counseling & Personal Development Center, for a cardio and yoga class that will not only provide a heart-pumping workout and relaxation, but was also created to help decrease stress and anxiety, manage depression, and increase happiness and confidence. Class will include a cardio portion, followed by yoga, and will end with a guided meditation. Class is at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, in the Dance Studio of the Wise Center (approximately one hour). Equipment is provided. Just bring water, yourself, and friend if you’d like. Class is open to Allegheny students of all fitness levels.
