Work Out Your Stress: Strength Training: 4/12

Join Danielle, a counselor at the Counseling & Personal Development Center, for a strength training fitness class that will not only give you a full-body workout, but was created to help decrease stress and anxiety, manage depression, and increase happiness and confidence! Class is at 4 p.m. on Friday, April 12, in the Dance Studio of the Wise Center (approximately 1 hour). Equipment is provided. Just bring water, yourself, and a friend if you’d like! Class is open to all Allegheny students of all fitness levels.
