Creek Camp for High School Students: 6/23-28 & 7/7-12

Posted on May 12, 2019 | Filed under General News

Know a high school student who is interested in environmental science? Freshwater ecology? Nature? Creeks? Allegheny College? Creek Camp has room for a few more campers! Creek Camp is a residential, week-long camp at Allegheny College. Creek Connections hosts this college-level camp that focuses on the incredible biodiversity of the French Creek watershed. Campers work alongside college professors, staff, and local, state, and federal environmental professionals as they explore different aspects of the watershed. Living on campus with college student counselors gives campers a taste of college life. There are two separate opportunities to attend Creek Camp: June 23-28 and July 7-12. Check out photos from previous camps and apply (no fee for completing the online application) on the Creek Connections website.
