The first meeting/rehearsal of the Mallet Ensemble, in the Department of Music, is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, at 4:30 p.m. on the stage of Shafer Auditorium. The Mallet Ensemble is composed of marimbas, xylophones, and vibraphones. There is 1 credit hour for this Chamber Ensemble, with rehearsals scheduled on Tuesdays from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on stage. Interested musicians must hold concurrent membership in a major performing ensemble (Music 114), in order to participate in Mallet Ensemble. Questions should be directed to Professor Stephen F.
