Bethesda Youth Outreach is looking for volunteers who would be willing to work with young mothers and the youths at the group homes. This would be a two-day commitment on Tuesday and Thursday of each week from 6 to 7 p.m. One day would be activity day so that the mentors can bond with the youths, and the other day would be a tutoring day where we would come up with the lesson plan, depending on the level of each student. If you are interested in mentoring or eventually teaching, this would be a great opportunity. Please email Vicky Bajek at bajekv@allegheny.edu for more information and to set up a time to talk.
