Some openings remain for educators interested in a five-week reading group to discuss “The Spark of Learning” by Sarah Rose Cavanagh. The group is organized by Catharina Coenen and Lydia Eckstein and will meet on Mondays (September 30; October 21 and 28; November 11 and 18) from noon to 1:30 p.m. We will discuss two chapters per meeting. A copy of the book and lunch will be provided. Interested educators are asked to e-mail ccoenen@allegheny.edu.
