The last chance to register as a student or faculty/staff presenter for the First-Generation College student half-day workshop is Friday, October 18. This year’s theme “First-Gen, Four Years and Beyond” will provide opportunities for our first- generation college students to begin to think critically about what life has to offer beyond their four years of college. Current workshops include financial literacy, graduate school and career considerations. The conference will be held Friday, November 8, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Participants are invited to also attend a dinner that evening with a keynote provided by Dr. Eve Hudson “The Purpose Professor.” Students should use this link to register for the conference. Faculty/Staff interested in presenting a workshop should use this link. For questions or concerns, please reach out to Angelica Perez-Johnston
