What’s in your wallet? Everyone can benefit from learning more about money management and investing. Join Entrepreneur in Residence Chris Allison for the third Financial Literacy workshop on Tuesday, November 12, from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. All are welcome even if you did not attend other workshops. Please RSVP to Sarah Holt (sholt@allegheny.edu) by Monday, November 11. Location is Quigley Auditorium and lunch will be provided.
The first annual Financial Literacy Challenge will take place on Saturday, December 7. In this competition, students will develop and present a personal financial budget and investing plan appropriate for a recent college graduate. The competition will be open to all Allegheny students. There will be $5,000 in prizes and trophies awarded to student winners. Hosted by the Bruce R. Thompson Center for Business and Economics.
