The residence halls will be closed from noon on December 18, 2019 to 10 a.m. on January 11, 2020. If you or a group you supervise/advise/coach require housing on-campus over break, this form must be completed by December 1. Requests for groups must be completed by a College employee. Individual requests may be completed by the student needing to stay on campus. All requests will be reviewed by the Winter Break Committee and receive a response by December 6, 2019. Students who do not have a spring housing assignment (graduating, going abroad, etc.) are not eligible to request Winter Break Housing.
