The Allegheny Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) is seeking a volunteer to fill one vacant committee seat through June, 2020. Any full-time, non-exempt employee employed prior to December, 2018 and has not served on SAC in the last 12 months is eligible to become a member. If you are interested in volunteering for this position, please contact tsteinfath@allegheny.edu by Wednesday, December 11. If there is more than one employee interested, it will then go to ballot. The SAC was formed in 1986. The purpose of the committee is to advise on personnel issues, discuss problems presented to the members, improve communications and promote staff development and to work with the college administrators to bring about positive changes and improving working conditions.
