This post has been archived. Information below may be out of date and/or relate to a past event.

This prize is awarded to the junior or senior student who has produced the most outstanding project in academic community-based learning and has modeled those qualities for civic engagement embodied by the College’s mission statement. This prize is traditionally awarded at the Honors Convocation. This year it will be awarded remotely according to the protocols designed by the college administration. Most of the nominations over past years have been senior comprehensive projects. Faculty are asked to send the name of student nominees to Dave Roncolato, director of Civic Engagement, Allegheny Gateway, (droncola@allegheny.edu) by Friday, April 17. There is a small faculty review committee that selects the prize recipient.
