For Non-Exempt Employees and Their Supervisors

As a reminder, non-exempt employees will have access to begin entering work time into Employee Self Service, Friday, June 26. The first date of the pay period for time entry will be June 28 for the pay date of July 17. In addition, as a reminder to supervisors – time approval will now be done through Employee Self Service. Please reference the email sent to all employees on June 17 for additional information. If employees have any questions, they can contact HR at hr@allegheny.edu. HR will also have a helpline available on July 7, 8 and 9 to answer questions. You can reach the helpline at Ext. 3314 or 4792.
