Join the CPP and Law & Policy for a celebration of Constitution Day,Thursday, September 17, from 12:45 to 1:35 p.m. in Quigley Auditorium. We will stream the National Constitution Center’s 2020 Annual Supreme Court Review. The session will feature distinguished legal scholars Erwin Chemerinsky, Paul Clement, Frederick Lawrence, and Dahlia Lithwick in a discussion of the most important cases of the term, including Title VII employment discrimination, separation of church and state, and immigration. They also discuss what to expect at the Supreme Court as it begins its next term the first Monday in October. Seating provided for the first 25 in attendance.
