Winslow Health Center now has very limited quantities of influenza vaccine. Because of the limited supply, the vaccine is available for students only. The cost again this year is $25 – we will accept cash or a check made payable to Allegheny College. Students also have the option of billing to their student account. Students must call ahead to schedule an appointment – no walk-ins will be accepted. Flu shots will be first called, first served. To schedule an appointment, please call Winslow at (814) 332-4355. Emailed appointment requests will not be accepted. While we are on waiting lists for further supply, we are also in talks with Northwest Community Pharmacy for them to come to campus for employees to get their flu shots if they cannot get them from their PCP – NWCP would bill your Allegheny insurance. You can also call the pharmacy to schedule a time to go directly to their location to have a flu shot.
