Do nuclear weapons make us safer or less safe? Should the U.S. rely on current nuclear policy to address the most pressing threats we currently face? International Education in the Allegheny Gateway invites you to a free webinar at 2 p.m. Monday, September 14, where Former Secretary of Defense Bill Perry and Ploughshares Fund Policy Director Tom Collina have a conversation with Dr. Ariel Armony, vice provost for Global Affairs and director of University of Pittsburgh’s Center for International Studies, to address these questions and discuss nuclear policy. Juliana Monteiro Bernardino, a graduate student at the School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) at the University of Pittsburgh, will serve as emcee for the day. Please register here.
