The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will begin paving Park Avenue on September 16. Park Avenue will be posted by Meadville City Police to prohibit parking September 16 through September 18. Vehicles obstructing the construction area will be towed. Please move any vehicles on Park Avenue to a different location prior to Wednesday, September 16.
