International Education in The Allegheny Gateway is excited to share the following event. As part of Global Learning Collective’s Virtual Familiarization Week, Asia Institute will host the first session on Monday, September 21, at 8 p.m. EDT, Achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals: NGO and Community Engagement in Asia. During this session, featured panelists from Habitat for Humanity Japan, Sangob Foundation (Thailand), and Cambodia Rural Students Trust will discuss how their organizations engage with local communities, schools, farmers, students, disadvantaged groups, and more, to build a more sustainable future by fostering connection among broad communities.
