International Education in The Allegheny Gateway is excited to share the following event. As part of Global Learning Collective’s Virtual Familiarization Week, EDU Africa will host the second session, The Pursuit of Environmental Justice in Africa, on Tuesday, September 22, at 10 a.m. EDT. This session offers participants an opportunity to look into the impact of Environmental Injustice in an African community and engage with a local organization working to protect natural habitats and create healthier living environments. Discussions enable participants to reflect on Environmental Justice in their own context and seek out ways of advocating for environmentally healthier living spaces both locally and globally.
