Student Timesheet Instructions

Below are instructions for both supervisors and students on how to enter and access time cards. Supervisors: Go directly to the Employee Self-Service site to approve your students’ hours. Note, there is an approve check mark as soon as you view your list of employees. If you click the approve check mark here, it approves the students’ hours for the entire month. In order to check the hours though, please click the view button and you can individually approve their hours by week.
Students: You can access your time cards by going to WebAdvisor and clicking “Self-Service Student Employment Menu”. You will then click on time entry to see your time cards by each week. We want to remind you to log your hours daily. Time sheets must be submitted and approved before October 6. After this date time sheets will be locked and students nor supervisors can add hours for September. If you have any questions please email studentemployment@allegheny.edu.
