The Allegheny College Civic Symphony is proud to announce the release of its first virtual ensemble video, performing “High Rise” by Adrian Gordon. The Civic Symphony, directed by Dr. Jennifer Dearden (who also provides a brief introduction to this video), consists of string players studying both on-campus and remotely, and so individuals recorded their parts at separate times and in separate locations. The ensemble will put out additional videos in the coming weeks.
