Working With Phones Remotely

Allegheny employees who need to field calls remotely can forward calls from a work extension to a home or cell phone. Here’s a brief tutorial on how to do this on your desk phone. If you have already left campus and would like this to be set up, please open a Web Help Desk ticket. LITS has provided many more tips for working through disruption.
