Time to Update Student Organizations and Submit 2021-2022 Budget Apps

It’s that time of year for ASG-recognized clubs/organizations to update any changes in board members, advisors, contact info, etc. Next grab a copy of the ASG Financial Guidelines, your Club Records, and fill out the 2021 – 2022 Budget App. After submitting the Budget App, schedule a time to attend the Budget Hearing.

1. Update your organization. If there have been any changes, please update as soon as possible. Go to: https://sites.allegheny.edu/studentinvolvement/student-organization-resources/ Under RECOGNITION go to UPDATE an existing group/org
2. ASG recognized Clubs/Orgs may Submit Budget Applications for the 2021 – 2022 academic year now until the deadline – April 29, 2021. Hearings are scheduled 04/30 – 05/02/21.
