Reminder: fully vaccinated family members of current employees and fully vaccinated retirees and their spouses are invited to use the Wise Center. Please email Chris Van Alstyne at cvanalstyne@allegheny.edu with a picture of your vaccination cards. If your family member does not already have an Allegheny ID card then please fill out this form. If you do not fall into the categories above and you would like to get a Wise Center membership, please send an email to cvanalstyne@allegheny.edu with a picture of your vaccination card and he will send you a membership application.
