LITS has received reports of a suspicious email message received by many students, with the subject heading “Student Employment Opportunities; Personal Assistant Position”. Whenever you receive email from a source you don’t recognize, it’s wise to be cautious. Never click on attachments you aren’t expecting, especially if the message comes from an email address unfamiliar to you. Reporting the message to Google as phishing will help Google filter out suspicious messages better in the future.
