We have a form on the Safety Committee website and on the inside forms page. You can report a hazard, let us know you had a near miss or make a suggestion all on one easy form! If you see anything on campus that seems like it could cause someone to slip, trip, or fall, let us know! If you see something that could obstruct the view of a motorist or pedestrian, let us know! If you have an idea to make a situation safer in any way, let us know! We are YOUR safety committee and we are here to serve YOU!
