Supervisors who wish to hire students to work for them during the fall semester need to submit the Job Posting Description Forms by Friday, July 22. This will provide supervisors with the Supervisor Section of the Student Employment Form for the fall semester as well as advertise for any open positions. Supervisor Sections will be sent out closer to the academic year. Supervisors can complete the Academic Year Job Posting for Supervisors form here. Our office will be sending out information about the job applications to the incoming first-year class by the end of July, so you can expect applications shortly before classes start in August.
