If you are a Pell Grant recipient, it means that you are eligible to apply for a Gilman Scholarship. The Gilman awards up to $8,000 and can be used to cover expenses associated with a study abroad program of any length, including ELs. If you have any interest in study abroad whatsoever, then you are encouraged to attend an information session on Wednesday, September 14 at noon in the Campus Center room 206. Allegheny students have won this scholarship in the past.
