Students: Enable 2-Step Verification for your Allegheny Google accounts

Allegheny students are required to turn on 2-Step Verification for their Allegheny Google accounts in order to maintain access to Allegheny services like Gmail, Canvas, Self-Service, etc.

With 2-Step Verification, also called two-factor authentication, you can add an extra layer of security to your account in case your password is stolen. After you set up 2-Step Verification, you will sign into your account with your password and phone via text, voice call, or push notification.

Enable 2-Step Verification today to protect your account and avoid loss of access. See this tutorial for detailed instructions on the process.
