If you elected to receive your W-2 form by electronic delivery, it is now available in Employee Self-Service. If you made this election in a previous year you do not need to do anything unless you want to make a change. If you have not consented yet but would like to, go to Employee Self-Service and click on “Tax Information”, then click the button that says “receive in electronic format” and hit save. If you do not consent you will receive a paper copy in the mail when the forms are mailed out on January 31, otherwise you can log in to your ESS account and print your form now.
