We are looking for Allegheny Community members who will be willing to call and thank donors on Gator Give Day.
Callers would be provided with the name and contact information for fifteen of the day’s donors, as well as simple scripts to assist with the calls. Calls can be made from anywhere, and lists will be emailed out at either noon or 3 pm, depending upon whether you prefer to make your calls in the early or late afternoon.
We estimate that callers should reserve one hour in their schedules to complete the thank you calls, and we ask that all calls be completed by 5 pm if possible.
