In conjunction with Windstream, the college’s voice provider, ITS is in the process of testing and implementing the new VOIP phone system. As a result, ITS and Registrar departments are temporarily only able to receive voicemail when dialed from another internal Allegheny phone number (outside calls are routing correctly).
When calling the Help Desk line (x2755), we encourage callers to leave us a voicemail so we can reach back out, or alternatively, submit a WebHelpDesk ticket. The rest of the College will be migrated to the new system on June 17th.
