Thanks to the almost 600 members of the Allegheny community who have downloaded the Reuzzi app and participated in our new green box checkout system, we have collectively avoided the use of over 5,000 disposable takeout containers just since the start of the semester.
Now we need you to return your boxes before Fall Break! Please use the containers at McKinley’s and Brooks to return your boxes before the end of the day on Wednesday, October 9.
This will allow us to verify the returns of all the boxes we have on hand, and take stock of how many are still outstanding. Those who have a 100% return rate on Monday, October 14 will be entered into a drawing for Sustainability Office swag!
