Allegheny is experiencing more electric vehicles on campus which is great for reducing our carbon footprint and helps make a positive impact on the environment. We currently have four electric vehicle charging stations on campus, two in the Vukovich Parking Lot and two in the Bentley Parking Lot.
With the increase in electric vehicles, we are also experiencing an increased demand to use the charging stations. We have limited the usage period to two hours per vehicle. Please be conscientious and move your vehicle from the charging station after two hours. This will allow time for a others to use the charging station as needed.
The Gator Express vehicle is an electric vehicle owned by Allegheny that is utilized to transport students to local appointments free of charge. This vehicle must also use the electric vehicle charging stations. Please be cognizant of you charging station use time so that the Gator Express vehicle can be charged to provide this essential service.
