Single Voice Reading Series To Present Kate McIntyre

Sept. 12, 2013 — The Single Voice Reading Series at Allegheny College will begin its 2013-2014 season on Thursday, Sept. 19, with a reading by writer Kate McIntyre at 7 p.m. in the Tillotson Room of the Tippie Alumni Center. The reading is free and open to the public.

McIntyre’s prose appears or is forthcoming in Denver Quarterly, Redivider and the Cimarron Review, among other publications. A visiting assistant professor of English at Allegheny College, McIntyre holds a B.A. from Harvard University, an M.F.A. from Oregon State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri.
