Boulton Presents at U.S. Department of Energy Better Buildings Summit

Sustainability Coordinator Kelly Boulton presented on “A Lot with a Little: Leveraging Outside Resources to  Augment Your Energy Management Program” at the U.S. Department of Energy Better Buildings Summit, a national summit to catalyze investment in energy efficiency across the public, private, commercial, industrial, and multifamily housing sectors. Boulton also attended a reception at the White House recognizing leaders for their innovation and accomplishments. Allegheny was recognized for achieving a 7 percent reduction in energy use intensity and is on track to meet the 20 percent by 2020 goal.  In addition, Boulton attended a Princeton Review reception for inclusion in their Guide to 322 Green Colleges.
