Reporting Leave, Absences and Sick Time

Log In to Oracle Cloud
To begin, navigate to oracle.davidson.edu and log in with your Davidson email address and password.
Update Leave, Sick Time and Other Absences
1. Click on the Time and Absences module on your Oracle homepage, then click on Add Absence.
2. Click on the type dropdown box to choose the type of absence you are adding.
3. Fill out the requsted information. You can attach documents if needed to further explain your situation
4. If you would like to submit an absence for half a day, change the number of Hours you are submitting for the start and end day under the When section of this module.
