Web Clock Entry Quick Start Guide

Log In to Oracle Web Clock

To begin, navigate to webclock.davidson.edu and log in with your Davidson email address and password.

Recording Work Hours Using Web Clock

1. Login to webclock.davidson.edu, this will take you directly to the clock in and out screen.
2. Click on the Clock In box.
3. Select your current job assignment from the drop-down on the pop‐up box that appears.
4. To clock out, repeat step 1.
5. Click on the Clock Out box.
6. Remember to clock out and clock in to record lunch periods.

Editing a Clock In or Clock Out Entry

1. Go to the Me tab from your home page, and click on the Time and Absences app tile.
2. Access Request Time Change
3. Enter the date of the error.
4. In the Time Entries section, click on the edit icon for the line that needs to be edited.
5. Enter the updated information and an explanation. Click Ok and then Submit in the upper right corner.

Adding a Missed Clock In or Clock Out Entry

1. Go to the Me tab from your home page, and click on the Time and Absences app tile.
2. Access Request Time Change.
3. Enter the date of the error and select the + Add button
4. Enter the ‘job’ assignment, ‘Hours Type’ (Choose Regular Pay), the time of the missing Clock In or Clock Out entry, and an explanation.
5. Click Ok and then Submit in the upper right corner.

Submitting a Time Card

1. Go to the Me tab from your home page, click on the Time and Absences app tile.
2. Select Existing Time Card and click on the period you want to view.
3. Review your times to ensure you did not miss any clock in or clock out entries for the pay period.
4. Click on the Submit button in the upper right corner of the page. This sends your time card to your supervisor for approval.

>>> Hourly Employee Timecard Submission Deadline. All hourly employees must submit their online timecard to their supervisor by 10:00 am on the Monday following the close of the pay period. Students do not need to submit time cards.
