Understanding and Paying Your Bill

At Allegheny, we understand that management of financial obligations to attend college can be daunting. We would like to help simplify the process for you.

Check your @allegheny.edu email often.

Please read any email that you receive from the Financial Services Office (finsrv@allegheny.edu) and forward to your parents if it concerns something that they can help you with.

Billing and TMS Student Account Center Portal

Detailed instructions on how you can access the TMS Student Account Center Portal can also be found on our Financial Services website.

Your billing statement will be ready the first week in July. You will receive an email when your billing statement has been generated. We do not send paper billing statements.

Follow the instructions in the email to view your account. It is important that you access the TMS Student Account Center immediately and share access with anyone who may be helping you pay your account by selecting the “Manage Account Access” button. You can also access the TMS Student Account Center any time through a link on your WebAdvisor Account. You will be able to access your monthly billing statement as well as view up-to-date activity.

The fall semester balance is due July 31.

You will receive a few more communications from Financial Services before you arrive on campus. Please look for them in your Allegheny email account. We are here to help you complete all the necessary financial obligations before classes start. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions.
