Purpose: Women in STEM will strive to foster a community of students and faculty of natural/social sciences to build a supportive and inspiring network. We hope to enhance the undergraduate experience for women in science at Allegheny through networking events, professional development, speakers, dialogues, and mentoring opportunities.
