Harward Presents Paper on “A Spatial Model of Congressional Reactions to Presidential Unilateralism”

Drawing from research conducted with the assistance of Political Science major Amelia Pennington ’15 during the 2013 summer ACRoSS Series, Associate Professor of Political Science Brian Harward presented a paper, “Coordinating Policy Gains: A Spatial Model of Congressional Reactions to Presidential Unilateralism” at the 2014 Southern Political Science Association annual meeting in New Orleans in January.
