Building Upgrades (HVAC and Windows)
Cochran Hall was renovated in 2005 to house the Patricia Bush Tippie Alumni Center. Funds from endowments, which were established by Sarah B. Cochran and Henry B. and Patricia Bush Tippie, are used for ongoing maintenance without burdening the overall maintenance operating budget. This project will address an update to the building’s HVAC system, including dehumidification measures, and the reconditioning of the windows to correct glass discoloration.
