Summary of Position
Allegheny College has an opening for a Human Resources Support Coordinator. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person to provide administrative support to the Office of Human Resources.
The position will be responsible for answering telephone, greeting visitors, data entry, preparing correspondence, updating and maintaining various databases, assisting the Director and Assistant Directors, and maintaining and updating all associated files, supplies, spreadsheets and reports for the Office of Human Resources. This position provides considerable employee and vendor contact; individuals must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required but will consider years experience in Human Resources in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 – 5 year’s office experience, preferably in human resources.
- Excellent organizational, recordkeeping, and word-processing/typing skills
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and Microsoft Office

YOUR COMPENSATION
New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.50. This position is full-time, temporary.
