TMS

LITS has received numerous reports of students having issues logging into the TMS Student Account Center.

Upon entering the email address and password in the “Confirm Login Information” fields, students are receiving an error message stating “Incorrect username and password. Please try again.”

The paragraph above the “Confirm Login Information” menu states: “Not you? If you believe you’ve received this message in error, click here to continue.”

Clicking the hyperlink in this paragraph will allow students to access their account.

LITS is actively troubleshooting to remediate this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If you are having difficulty logging into the Student Account Center, please contact the InfoDesk for assistance at 814-332-3768.
