Pelletier Lower Floor

The lower floor is a quiet study area at all times. Microforms, journals, and books comprising Dewey ranges 000 through 819 are housed on this floor. Restrooms for all genders are located near the stairs in the center of the floor. Men’s and women’s restrooms are located near the elevator.

Pelletier Main Floor

On the main floor, the InfoDesk is just inside the main entrance. Open-floor seating and group tables are available throughout the main area. The main floor also houses offices for Maytum Learning Commons, the Allegheny Gateway, and LITS Public Services. Individual rooms can be reserved for group study. Restrooms for women and for all genders are available near the elevator.

Pelletier Upper Floor

The quiet study area of the upper floor of Pelletier includes much of the library’s collection, comprising Dewey sections 820 through 999, as well as the Children’s Literature collection. Special Collections and the Merrick Archives are also found on this floor, as is the Collaboratory, a classroom and meeting space. Restrooms for men and women are found near the elevator.
