Kapfhammer Publishes in Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing
Associate Professor of Computer Science Gregory M. Kapfhammer and co-authors Chu-Ti Lin (National Chiayi University, Taiwan) and Kai-Wei Tang (Institute for Information Industry, Taiwan) published a paper in the Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing. “Reducing the Cost of Regression Testing by Identifying Irreplaceable Test Cases” shows how to automatically create a reduced test suite with a lessened execution cost. The empirical study shows that, in comparison to prior methods, the presented technique is the most effective at decreasing the cost of regression testing.
