Mark Steen received his PhD in Philosophy from Syracuse University in 2005, and has taught at Bilkent and Bogazici Universities in Turkey, and St. Louis University. Mark focuses on Metaphysics, but is interested in, and teaches on, Epistemology, Ethics, Ancient, Medieval, and Early Modern Philosophy, Political Philosophy, and Philosophy of Mind. He is currently writing a book on the Philosophy of Fiction, Truth in Fiction and Truth from Fiction. Mark spends his free time on geek stuff like comics, role-playing games, board games, and video games, as well as reading fiction and history.
