Sign-up for End of Spring Semester Transportation

Cleveland airport shuttles have been discontinued due to rising costs and minimal usage. In place of Cleveland shuttles, transportation will be offered to/from the Pittsburgh Megabus stop located at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center for the majority of breaks.

Transportation is offered to the Pittsburgh (PIT) airport and also to the Pittsburgh Megabus stop, see the Megabus link below.

MEGABUS SHUTTLE: (with Greyhound and Amtrak stations nearby)

In an effort to provide economical transportation options, the break transportation schedule has been expanded for the 2013-2014 academic year to include the Pittsburgh Megabus stop, located at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The Pittsburgh Greyhound Station and Amtrak Station are within walking distance of the Megabus stop.


Alternative Transportation Options

Allegheny College Ride Board
The Allegheny College Ride Board is a forum where Allegheny students may post requests for rides that are needed and also for rides they are offering. The Ride Board is located outside of the Office of Student Involvement.

Based in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. Greyhound Bus
The Greyhound Bus Station is located in the Downtown Mall at 900 Water Street, Meadville. The local Greyhound office may be contacted at (814) 724-5423.

Metro Taxi
Located in Meadville, Metro Taxi is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Metro Taxi does not accept credit cards at this time. The Campus Center has an ATM for cash withdrawals. Riders can share cost of ride, fees are assessed by the meter reading. 1-814-282-9695

CATA: Crawford Area Transportation Authority
Local transportation only. Contracted by Allegheny Student Government as “the Loop,” CATA also has a full schedule and stops available on their website. Students will be able ride by simply showing the driver their student ID.
