Purpose: The purpose of the I Heart Meadville committee is to:
1. Promote student involvement within the downtown Meadville community and encourage a more fluid, healthy relationship between the two entities, exhibiting a beneficial influence in harboring a healthy relationship between Allegheny College and downtown Meadville.
2. Encourage students on campus to retain a positive image of the downtown community.
3. Work toward a strong and improved relationship between downtown community members and college students.
4. Support activities sponsored by the Make it Meadville (MIM) Downtown Promotional Committee whenever and wherever feasible.
5. encourage Allegheny College administrators to assist and support downtown activities and programs, respectively.
